We have contracted with NRC Health to conduct all of our patient experience surveys. Depending on the type of service you received, you may receive a paper survey, text or email with a link to the survey, or an Interactive Voice Recording telephone call. We would encourage you to take the time to tell us about your experience and let us know how you are doing.

COMCARE providers are now providing vCare (virtual healthcare) to patients! vCare provides convenient access to healthcare removing the need to come to the physician office for a visit. Patients can receive healthcare from the comfort of their own home! Not all visits are suitable for virtual care, so be sure to contact your healthcare provider to determine whether vCare is appropriate for your medical care.
